Our Responsibility

• Ensure freedom to ask questions for all the victims.
• Provide necessary tools for query and reporting in an easy, safe, confidential secure and anonymous ways without any fear of repercussion.
• Investigate, solve and when necessary, discipline reported individuals/parties/situations.

Your Responsibility

• If you are a witness or have any type of knowledge of any inappropriate behavior, report it so that you don’t become an accomplice of this action.
• Ask yourself about your personal integrity.
• Use the Reporting Channels provided by the compliance hotline.
• Provide all possible information and if available, proof evidence for a proper invesgation.
• Actively follow-up on your report to keep up-to-date of its status, and provide any needed additional information or evidence needed.
